Yeshna Mistry is an expert in creating and implementing sustainability strategy and lasting behaviour change. With over a decade's experience in sustainability, Yeshna has witnessed the shift in sustainability narratives and learned the best communication styles to get buy-in.
Currently managing a small team at food manufacturer Myton Food Group, Yeshna leads on environment, ethics and emissions across manufacturing sites and the supply chain. As a Non-Exec Director for a Yorkshire based CIC, SAIL, she also supports the creative and cultural industries to take real, practical steps toward sustainability. And a qualified Coach enables individuals to improve confidence, aptitude and goals in the workplace.
