Closing the gap: Business approaches to equal pay

As the deadline for gender pay gap reporting approaches, many CRS professionals are facing challenging conversations about the state of equal pay in their organisations. So, how to close the gap?

We will hear from Natalie Gill, Programme Director at Timewise.
